When you contact us
The contact form is for conversation, not profiling.
We receive the name, email address, phone number, city, organisation name, enquiry type and message that you choose to provide.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before a potential partnership, or our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries.
Retention
Until the enquiry is resolved, and no longer than 24 months after the last communication unless the law or an ongoing relationship requires a longer period.
For technical form protection, a fingerprint derived from the IP address may be used briefly to limit request frequency. It is not stored in the customer database or included in the email.

Google Analytics 4
Analytics works only after you say yes.
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-DB5SF15NZP) to understand general website usage patterns, including viewed pages, session duration, approximate location, browser and device type. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled.
Before consent, the Google tag is not downloaded and no analytics data is sent to Google. If you decline, it remains disabled. You can change your choice at any time; withdrawing consent removes analytics cookies from this browser.
IP addresses are not available in our reports.
According to Google, an EU visitor’s IP address is used briefly to derive approximate location data and discarded before data is stored. Take A Break cannot see or access it in Google Analytics.

The legal basis for analytics is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area using the transfer safeguards described by Google. Read the Google Privacy Policy.

You are in control
Access, correct and delete — these are your rights.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object, receive a copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it.
